Kenya Industrial Research and Development Institute (KIRDI)

This is a seventeen-storey building, a testament to the synergy of the design, resilience, and functionality, located at the junction of Lusaka and Dunga Road, Industrial Area, Nairobi. In addition, the building descends three basement floors for parking and nanotechnology labs, all designed to withstand seismic and wind loads.
